What a bummer! The site works fine for adding items to your cart, but when you try to finalize your order, a message pops up saying the business is shut down. If it’s unclear, it should clearly mention that the physical store isn’t open. I shot off two emails in the last couple of weeks to check if they were still processing orders, but got no response. Instead, I received a survey about my purchase, which is kinda funny since I never actually completed it due to the closure. It would’ve been great to hear back from them confirming they’re open, shipping, and have stock available. Instead, I just get a pointless survey and still no way to buy anything.

Completely unacceptable service!! I stumbled upon their website thinking they could help me find a replacement belt buckle for one that had snapped. I shot off an email (with a couple of photos attached) to the 'Sales' email on their site about three weeks ago. Still no sign of a reply or even a simple acknowledgment! Then I filled out their online form (with my contact info) explaining my earlier email. Again, not a peep from them. I was shocked to get an email yesterday thanking me for my order!! - and asking me to share my experience on Trustpilot!! Before I penned this review, I reached out to them again yesterday to lay out my experience. Still no response! I've also tried calling the number listed on their site multiple times. An American voice keeps telling me the phone user has 'do not disturb' activated and isn't taking calls right now?! How low can customer service sink? They clearly have a serious issue with communication - and they need to fix it! It's impossible to work with them until they do!

I was looking for an item that was unavailable, so I reached out through their contact page to find out when it might be restocked. It's been a week now, and I haven't heard back at all - that's why I'm giving a low score.

I was on the hunt for a new buckle and some guidance, and Bucklebox's website seemed promising. However, I saw a 'closed till Friday' notice. I tried calling, but all I got was a do-not-disturb message. I sent an email to find out the best way to secure a new buckle, but no reply came. I also emailed to check if they were back in business—still nothing. I inquired about the availability of post screws, and again, no response. I did receive an email from Bucklebox asking for feedback on my purchase through Trustpilot, but they mentioned to reach out directly for any unresolved issues, which I did, yet still no reply. I understand they might be dealing with a lot, but honestly, I'm not feeling too confident about placing an order for what I need.

I’m really looking forward to my upcoming purchase. I’m eyeing a medium-sized chocolate brown buffalo 38mm snap leather belt. Can’t wait for you to reopen on Thursday, December 17th!
